Refund policy

At NEVX, we want you to shop with confidence.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Products that are damaged, worn, or missing tags are not eligible for return.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund (if applicable).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged item was delivered.
